Product Description

[Performance characteristics] This product is a milky white low viscous liquid agent developed for the purpose of anti-rust and lubrication protection of medical appliances, which can form a protective film on the surface of the appliances. It has good safety and does not affect the sterilization effect of the instrument. This product is water-soluble emulsified natural mineral oil, without paraffin and organic silicon.

[Ingredients] Pure natural mineral oils, surfactants, etc.

[Scope of use] Suitable for anti-rust and lubrication of automatic cleaning and disinfection machine, special cleaning machine and surgical instruments, stainless steel instruments, dental instruments and instruments.

[Concentration of use]

Wash and use of automatic cleaning and disinfection machine: dilution ratio: 1:100-1:200 (i.e. adding lubricant 5ml-10ml per liter of water), suitable temperature < 50 C.

When soaking and washing, dilution ratio: 1:20 (50 ml lubricant per liter of water), 10-30 seconds after removal, fully drain the washing liquid and dry it

Manual oiling: dilution ratio to water: 1:20 (50 ml lubricant per liter of water), take out after 30 seconds, shade drying or drying. (For equipment with slightly serious rust, rust-proof lubrication can be carried out with the original solution after rust removal).

(Note) Shake well before dilution. After immersion and extraction, if the liquid is not drained, there may be spots on the appliances. If there are spots left, please wipe them with solvent.

[Notes] This product is a liquid for external use, not for internal use. Please wear gloves to avoid direct contact with skin. When moving, tighten the cap so that the liquid in the container will not spill on the eyes and skin. Do not mix with other medicinal liquids and detergents. Pay attention to storage. When diluent is not in use, please cover it to prevent pollution. The diluent should be replaced periodically. If more instruments are used, it is recommended to replace the new solution after the second use. Do not use outside the scope of use. If frozen, melting may cause separation, so keep it in winter or cold weather. Keep in a cool, dry place. The validity period is 24 months.
